Coach Kendra represented Canada at the 2018 IAAF U20 World Championships, finishing seventh in the 100-meter hurdles and running as part of the 4x100-meter relay. She also represented Canada at the 2019 NACAC U23 Championships, finishing fourth in the 100-meter hurdles.
At the 2019 Canadian National Championships, Kendra finished eighth in the senior division of the 100-meter hurdles and was a member of the first-place 4x100 relay team.
Kendra's collegiate career included time at Iowa State and two years competing for the University Guelph Gryphons, finishing second in 2020 and fourth in 2019 at the U Sports Track & Field Championships in the 60-meter hurdles.
