Our Speed & Agility training program is focused on athleticism. Our approach is simple. We aim to get team sport athletes as fit as possible so they can handle the demands of their sport with ease. We work specifically on speed to make athletes fast. We use agility drills to get them moving properly and we increase their stamina with proven interval based training methods so they produce high quality playing time for the duration of games.
We also work with athletes to develop mental toughness, discipline and grit to further enhance their performance and make them more complete athletes on and off the field of play.
Weekly sessions are ideal for competitive athletes and established teams at the rep/select level for sports such as soccer, hockey, lacrosse, flag football and basketball, among others. Individuals have also used our program to increase fitness and prepare for upcoming evaluations or try-outs in their respective sport.
This program is led by Canadian Olympian Kyle Jones. It runs multiple times per year in seasonal training blocks. Spring and Summer programs run outdoors. The Fall and Winter programs run indoors. Each block offers 8-12 weeks of training sessions. The Sprinf program will be a 12 week block with pricing as follows:
1 session weekly - $180.00 + HST
2 sessions weekly - $300.00 + HST
